it's a matter of review of the plans. and approval of the plans, if they are compliant with the code. that would be the steps. so our concern if we are to add a dashboard report to these projects since we're not currently publishing any report would require for the first time the production of reports for these code-compliant projects that would add time, expense and delay to the cost these housing projects. which are generally pretty small and they are able to be approved without a hearing before the planning commission. >> colleagues, other questions? supervisor olague? >> i mean, i don't support it. i don't support that amendment. >> could you -- my question really is to planning, but it would also be to other colleagues. can you give us a sense if that language was not included, it seems to me that would capture a broader slice of what housing has produced in the city, which would more accurate. but i want to understand what the problem with that would be?
